Michael is the Chief Financial Officer of the property development company Spyre Group. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience.

Michael is the Chief Financial Officer of the property development company Spyre Group. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in property, hospitality and professional services in Australia and the Middle East.

Over this time, Michael developed an expertise in financial management and reporting, governance, corporate finance, strategic planning and business management. His financial and commercial experience provides a detailed understanding of the property industry, real estate practices and financial reporting within the industry.

Michael is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds qualifications in Strata Management and Hotel Management, he has a Master of Professional Accounting and post graduate qualifications in Applied Finance. Michael is an active member of the UDIA, through membership of the Finance and Tax Policy Committee, and has Non-executive Director experience in the Not-For-Profit, Property and Education sectors.

Common Ground Queensland

We provide rental accommodation to people who have experienced chronic homelessness (supportive housing) and to people who require access to affordable housing located in South Brisbane.  Tenants must meet eligibility requirements set out by the Department of Housing.
