You can submit your maintenance requests online in just a few easy steps. Follow the steps below. 

1. Click here
   
   
2. The MEX login page will appear. Login with the following username and password:

   Username: bcg
   Password: bcg

3. Tap on the ‘Requests’ button on the far side of the screen (if you get logged out the first time, just log in again).
   
   
4. Click on the ‘New’ button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
   
   
5. Enter your name and address in the ‘Requester Details’ section.
   
   
6. Enter a description of your maintenance request in the ‘Job Description’ section.
   
   
7. Tap the ‘X’ button at the top of the screen, next to ‘Request Details’. The screen will return to the Request Listing & the new request will have been added to the system.
