The numbers are in… We raised $9,788 at our 2023 Spirit of Christmas Fundraiser!

A big THANK YOU to our volunteers who were collecting donations on the day, and huge thanks to the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) for their continued partnership with us over the years. We really appreciate you!

Funds raised go towards:

  • Providing access to additional support and services for our tenants
  • Better advocacy for supportive housing to end homelessness
  • Supporting women and families escaping domestic violence
  • Housing assistance for refugees and asylum seekers

Tenant Christmas Dinner 2023

This week, we held our Tenant Christmas Dinner in collaboration with Micah Projects at the Level 13 Gambaro Room Rooftop.

Common Ground Queensland

We provide rental accommodation to people who have experienced chronic homelessness (supportive housing) and to people who require access to affordable housing located in South Brisbane.  Tenants must meet eligibility requirements set out by the Department of Housing.

Uluru Statement From The Heart

Common Ground Queensland accepts the invitation of the Uluru Statement from the Heart and supports a First Nations Voice to Parliament enshrined in the Australian Constitution.

We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Owners and Custodians of the land on which we work. We recognise sovereignty was never ceded.
