Michael is the Operations Manager for Brisbane Common Ground, and plays a central role in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the building, ensuring the seamless operation of all facets.

Michael is the Operations Manager for Brisbane Common Ground, and plays a central role in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the building, ensuring the seamless operation of all facets.

Michael has been part of the Common Ground Queensland team since it opened in 2011. Tasked with overseeing Maintenance and Concierge staff, Michael is instrumental in fostering a positive culture at Brisbane Common Ground.

Michael collaborates closely with the on-site Support Provider to guarantee positive tenant outcomes. With a specialised focus on property and asset management, Michael is responsible for the overall delivery of effective building and property management services.

Common Ground Queensland

We provide rental accommodation to people who have experienced chronic homelessness (supportive housing) and to people who require access to affordable housing located in South Brisbane.  Tenants must meet eligibility requirements set out by the Department of Housing.
